Use Agreement for HaveTickets
Before you complete the "HaveTickets" user registration, please carefully read this "HaveTickets Platform Registration Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before proceeding with the registration. This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance of the registration and will become a legally binding document between you and the "HaveTickets Platform". This Agreement has the effect of a formal contract and you and the "HaveTickets Platform" will be equally and fairly bound by the terms of this Agreement. (Hereinafter, "HaveTickets Platform" is referred to as "HaveTickets")
Agreement Declaration and Signature
1.The content of this agreement includes the main text of the agreement and all various rules that HaveTickets has already released or may release in the future. All these rules are integral parts of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, any services provided by HaveTickets (hereinafter referred to as HaveTickets platform services) are subject to this agreement.
2. Before using the services of the HaveTickets platform, you should carefully read all the terms and conditions. If you have any questions about the terms and conditions, you should consult HaveTickets. However, regardless of whether you actually read the terms and conditions before using the HaveTickets platform services or not, as long as you use the HaveTickets platform services, this agreement will be binding on you. At that time, you cannot claim that this agreement is invalid or request its revocation by citing reasons such as not having read the terms and conditions of this agreement or not receiving an answer from HaveTickets to your inquiries.
3. You hereby undertake to accept and abide by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you should immediately cease registration and use of the HaveTickets platform services.
4. HaveTickets reserves the right to formulate, modify this agreement and/or various rules from time to time, and will announce them through the app without giving separate notice to you. The revised agreement and rules will come into effect automatically once they are published on the website. If you do not agree to the changes, you should immediately stop using the HaveTickets platform services. If you continue to use the HaveTickets platform services, it means that you accept the revised agreement and rules.
Article 1 Definition
1."HaveTickets" refers to a software platform/website/mobile app independently developed by HAVE TICKETS PTE. LTD. and legally owned. This "HaveTickets" platform will provide online ticket trading services for "Have Tickets members".
2. "HaveTickets Member" refers to the users of "HaveTickets" who have voluntarily registered in accordance with the requirements of "HaveTickets". Users can become "HaveTickets Members" by registering through the mobile APP, mobile portable devices, or the internet, and enjoy the online transaction services provided by "HaveTickets" for its members (hereinafter referred to as "HaveTickets Members" or "You").
3. "HaveTickets Information Service" refers to the use of the "HaveTickets" platform to quickly provide transaction information for "HaveTickets members", complete the matching of transaction information among "HaveTickets members", and also provide services such as the signing of the "HaveTickets transaction agreement" online for "HaveTickets members".
Article 2 "Registration for 'HaveTickets' Members"
1.Please fill in the true and complete information according to the registration requirements of the "HaveTickets" members, and after accepting this agreement, you can apply to become a "HaveTickets" member.
2. The specific process for users to apply to become "HaveTickets members" is as follows:
Step 1: Download the "HaveTickets" APP;
Step 2: Click on the "HaveTickets" APP, enter "My" interface, and click "Login/Register";
Step 3: Select Mobile Login/Email Login;
Step 4: Click "Agree to HaveTickets Service Agreement and HaveTickets Trading Agreement" and enter the verification code and click Login.
Step 5: Generate the ID of "HaveTickets Member";
The ID and password of the "HaveTickets Member" should be kept by the member themselves. It is prohibited for the "HaveTickets Member" to provide their ID and password to a third party for use. If a third party uses the correct "HaveTickets Member" ID and password to carry out activities, "HaveTickets" will consider it as the member's own action, and all legal consequences arising from this action shall be borne by the member themselves.
Article 3 Rights enjoyed by "HaveTickets" members
1. "HaveTickets Members" have the right to post transaction information on the "HaveTickets" APP.
2. The online transaction information matching service provided by "HaveTickets".
3. The member information management system of "HaveTickets".
4. "HaveTickets Members" have the right to query the status of transaction information posting, matching situation and transaction records at any time.
5. "HaveTickets" promptly releases the latest transaction information to members, enabling "HaveTickets Members" to enjoy fast, considerate and reassuring services.
6. "HaveTickets" will promptly update the "HaveTickets" client software and add more services to ensure that "HaveTickets Members" can enjoy better and more considerate services.
7. "HaveTickets" attaches great importance to the personal information of "HaveTickets Members" and will do its best to protect the privacy information of "HaveTickets Members", except for the proper exercise of power by national authorities such as the judiciary, police and the government.
Article 4 Obligations of "HaveTickets" Members
"HaveTickets members" are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors. If any of these behaviors occur, the member shall bear the corresponding legal responsibility on their own:
"HaveTickets" has the authority to restrict or revoke their membership privileges:
(1) Providing false or illegal information when applying or modifying "HaveTickets" member information;
(2) Misusing others' information;
(3) Using any means or methods to endanger the security of the "HaveTickets" APP or website system;
(4) Using "HaveTickets" to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties;
(5) Copying or publishing any form of false information on the "HaveTickets" service platform, or copying or publishing information containing the following contents:
a. Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting the state regime, and disrupting national unity;
b. Damaging national honor and interests;
c. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
d. Violating national religious policies, promoting heresy and feudal superstition;
e. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
f. Spreading pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
g. Containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
2. When you register as a "HaveTickets Member", you should fill in the membership registration information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, or accurately provide and promptly update your membership information as per the prompts on the "HaveTickets" registration page to ensure the authenticity, timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the membership information. If there is reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided by the "HaveTickets Member" is incorrect, untrue or incomplete, "HaveTickets" has the right to send inquiries or require corrections from the member. If the notified "HaveTickets Member" fails to provide a written explanation or make timely corrections within the reasonable period granted by "HaveTickets", "HaveTickets" has the right to directly delete the corresponding information, or suspend/terminate the provision of some or all services to the "HaveTickets Member", and also has the right to directly cancel your "HaveTickets Member" ID. "HaveTickets" shall not be held responsible for this.
3. After obtaining transaction information through the "HaveTickets" service platform, when the "HaveTickets Member" reaches a transaction with the seller (or buyer) online, please strictly abide by the relevant laws, regulations, rules and administrative normative documents of Singapore. When the seller registers as a "HaveTickets Member" on "HaveTickets", "HaveTickets" will strictly require them to upload relevant proof documents to ensure the safe transaction of the buyer. "HaveTickets" can only conduct form-based review of the seller's information and cannot conduct substantive review.
4. The "HaveTickets Member" confirms: During the use of the "HaveTickets" service, the taxes, fees for hardware, software, services and other aspects that should be borne by the country shall be borne by you yourself.
Article 5 Rights and Obligations of Having Tickets
1. "HaveTickets" guarantees to abide by the service commitments announced on its client platform, and strives to create an efficient and convenient online trading platform.
2. When the seller undergoes identity verification on the "HaveTickets" platform, they will be required to upload identity documents and this process will undergo form review.
3. After a member posts genuine and legal transaction information, the platform will provide a service for quickly matching online transaction information.
4. To ensure that "HaveTickets members" can safely use the "Have Tickets" App and website online services, "HaveTickets" will establish a secure system for protecting "HaveTickets members'" information (including credit information) and conduct regular maintenance. Without the request of the competent state authorities, "HaveTickets" will not disclose the information of "HaveTickets members" to anyone.
5. Respond promptly to the problems encountered by "HaveTickets members" when enjoying the online services of "HaveTickets".
6. For the materials and data information provided by "HaveTickets members" (including but not limited to identity information, personal contact information, address information; current location information, transaction location information; username, personalized avatar, etc.), you hereby grant "HaveTickets" the permanent and free permission to use them, so that you can better enjoy the "HaveTickets information service". At the same time, you hereby grant that, under the premise of complying with the privacy protection terms stipulated in this agreement, "Have Tickets" has the right to use, copy all or part of.
7. Given that the nature of transactions on the "HaveTickets" platform is social mutual assistance transactions, the behaviors of "buying tickets" and "selling tickets" through the "HaveTickets" platform by both parties to complete the transaction services, and the fees are also paid by both parties reasonably.
8. "HaveTickets" will send notifications to "HaveTickets members" through the mobile phone number specified during registration by "HaveTickets members" and the notification bar in the APP.
9. Depending on the popularity of the performances, the "HaveTickets" platform may adjust the ticket collection methods such as courier delivery and on-site collection to on-site collection for the tickets.
Article 6 Termination of Services
1. If any of the following situations occur, "HaveTickets" will directly terminate the "Have Tickets Member" service by canceling the account:
1) After "HaveTickets" stops providing services to "HaveTickets Members", "HaveTickets Members" are suspected of registering as "HaveTickets" platform members again directly, indirectly, or under someone else's name.
2) Your provided mobile phone number or email address does not exist or cannot receive information, and there is no other way to contact you, or "HaveTickets" notifies you to change your mobile phone number by other means, but you have not changed to a valid mobile phone number within three working days after the notification.
3) The main content of your registration information is inaccurate, untimely, or incomplete. After "HaveTickets" notifies you, you still do not modify or improve it.
4) When this agreement (including the rules) is changed, you explicitly and notify "Have Tickets" that you do not want to accept the new service agreement.
5) After your "HaveTickets Member" account is activated for the first time, it is not used again within one year.
6) Other circumstances that "HaveTickets" deems should terminate the service within one year.
2. You have the right to request to cancel your "HaveTickets Member" account to "HaveTickets". After "HaveTickets" reviews and agrees, "HaveTickets" will cancel (permanently freeze) your "HaveTickets Member" account. At that time, the legal relationship between you and "HaveTickets" will be immediately and permanently terminated. After your "HaveTickets Member" account is canceled (permanently frozen), "HaveTickets" has no obligation to retain or disclose any information in your account, nor has the obligation to forward any information that you have not read or sent to you or a third party.
3. After your legal relationship with "HaveTickets" is terminated, "HaveTickets" still has the following rights:
1) Under the premise of protecting your privacy rights, continue to save your registration information and all transaction information during your use of "HaveTickets" services.
2) If you have committed illegal acts or violated this agreement or the rules during the use of "HaveTickets" services, "HaveTickets" can still claim rights against you based on this agreement.
Article 7 Effectiveness of the Agreement and Other Matters
1. "Force Majeure" refers to events that "HaveTickets" cannot reasonably control, are unforeseeable, or even if foreseeable, cannot be avoided. These events prevent, affect, or delay "HaveTickets" from fulfilling all or part of its obligations under the terms of this agreement. Such events include, but are not limited to, government actions, natural disasters, wars, hacker attacks, computer viruses, network failures, etc. Force Majeure may result in adverse consequences such as inability to access the "HaveTickets" website and mobile client, slow access speed, loss of stored data, leakage of user personal information, etc.
2. When a force majeure event occurs, "HaveTickets" may suspend/terminate the performance of the obligations under the terms of this agreement as circumstances dictate until the impact of the force majeure event is eliminated, and shall not bear any responsibility for this; however, it shall do its best to overcome the event and minimize its negative impact or loss.
3. The validity, interpretation, amendment, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
4. This agreement includes general norms that "HaveTickets Members" must follow when using the "HaveTickets" service. "HaveTickets Members" must also abide by the special norms applicable to the platform when using the "HaveTickets" service (please refer to the content displayed on the platform when you register); if this agreement or the special norms of the "HaveTickets" platform are modified, when you register anew or continue to use the "HaveTickets Information Service", it shall be deemed as your consent and recognition of the modification of this agreement or the platform's special norms.
5. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between "HaveTickets Members" and "HaveTickets"; if no consensus can be reached through negotiation, either you or "HaveTickets" may file a lawsuit with the court of the location of "HaveTickets".
6. You hereby confirm: When you register as a "HaveTickets Member", you clicked the confirmation button after carefully reading and fully understanding the entire content of this agreement. At the time you clicked the confirmation button, this agreement came into effect and was legally binding on you and "HaveTickets", and the transaction agreement has other provisions that shall be followed accordingly.
