I. How "Have Tickets" Collects and Uses Your Information 

We will collect and use your personal information for the following purposes as stated in this policy: 

(1) Register as a member 

If you need the Have Tickets service for users, you need to create or use an existing Have Tickets account, provide your corresponding mobile phone number, so as to become our user. If you only need to use basic services such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register as our user and provide the above information. 

(2) Provide you with products or services 

1. The information you provided to us 

To facilitate the delivery of our products or services to you, we will record the information you provide, such as your contact name, contact number, delivery address, recipient, etc. If we entrust the delivery to a third party, we will share the above information with the third party after obtaining your consent. If you refuse to provide such information, we will be unable to complete the relevant delivery services. 

To complete the transaction, you may be required to provide your bank card information as well as your WeChat and Alipay details so that we can track your payment status. 

You can order products or services on the Have Tickets platform on behalf of others. You need to provide the aforementioned personal information of the actual orderer. Before providing the aforementioned personal information of the actual orderer to us, you must ensure that you have obtained their authorization and consent. 

2. To assist you in completing the order, payment and delivery of products or services, we will collect relevant information during your use of the service. We will provide you with page displays and search results that are more tailored to your needs, understand the product compatibility, and identify abnormal account statuses. We will collect information about the services you use and the way you use them, and associate these pieces of information. The information includes: 

(1) Device Information: Based on the specific permissions you grant during the installation and use of the software, we will receive and record the relevant information of your device (such as device model, operating system version, device settings information, unique device identifier, etc. - all software and hardware characteristics), location information of the device (such as IP address, GPS location, and sensor information from Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth and base stations that can provide such information), device identification code (which refers to device-related information such as IMEI, IDFA, IMSI, Android ID, MAC address, OAID, etc.), installed application information or running process information. 

(2) Log Information: When you use the products or services provided by our client, we will automatically collect detailed usage information about your interaction with our services and save it as network logs. For example, your search query content, IP address, telecommunications operator, language used, date and time of access, and the web pages you visited, etc. 

(3) Contacts Information: Access to the contact list requires your consent. It is only for the purpose of quickly sharing information with the phone numbers of your contact persons and will not upload the contacts to the server. If you do not allow it, Have Tickets will be unable to read your contact list and access the phone numbers of the contact persons, but you can input the numbers for sharing. 

(4) Recording Information: To facilitate communication between you and the customer service staff when using the Have Tickets service, the instant messaging function will request permission to record your conversation. If you do not agree, you will not be able to receive voice communication services. 

(5) Photos and Camera Information: To enable you to customize your profile picture when using the Have Tickets service, you will need to use the camera to take a photo, or select the desired image from the photos to use as your profile picture. If this is not allowed, you will not be able to customize your account profile picture, but it will not affect the use of other functions. 

(6) To display the order information of your account, we will collect the order information generated during your use of our services and use it to show you the information and facilitate your management of the orders. 

(7) When you contact us, we may retain your communication/voice call records and contents, or your contact information, etc., in order to contact you, help you solve problems, or record the handling plans and results of related issues. 

(8) The personal information about you that we have collected through indirect means: 

To confirm the transaction status and provide you with services for resolving transaction disputes, you understand and agree that we will collect your transaction, payment, and logistics information related to the transaction progress through the transaction partner and transaction method you selected based on the exchange, and you also agree that we will share the necessary transaction information with relevant service providers. 

Please be aware that when you use the products we provide, we will not collect or use any of your information even when the products are in a silent state or running in the background. 

When the product is in a silent state or running in the background, the third-party SDK will collect your relevant device information at a certain frequency. The same entity can only do this once, and different SDKs are considered different entities, including IMEI, IMSI, Android ID, OAID, GAID, ICCID, MAC address, Wi-Fi MAC, software installation list, currently running processes. And the background running collection behavior of the third-party SDK is beyond our control, and the processing of this type of information follows the privacy policy of the third-party SDK. You can learn more details through the SDK privacy links in the "List of Third-Party Information Sharing". We will fulfill our reasonable supervision obligations. If the third-party SDK collects information at a frequency of more than 5 times per second when the product is in a silent state or running in the background, we will coordinate with the third-party SDK. 

Self-start and association start instructions for this software: This software integrates the Rongyun SDK. For it to be able to receive messages while running in the background, the application must be self-started and associated-started. This is a behavior of the Rongyun SDK. It collects device information to facilitate users' message reception. Users can disable automatic start and association start through permission management. This software adds a message reception function. It is necessary to ensure that the software is always running in the background to guarantee that the phone can receive messages at any time. Therefore, the software needs to send broadcasts through the Android system to wake up the APP for self-starting or association-starting. This is a necessity for implementing product functions or services. 

(4) Provide you with security guarantees 

Please note that to ensure the authenticity of your identity and to provide you with better security protection, you can provide us with information such as your ID card and Alipay account to complete the real-name authentication. If you refuse to provide the above information, you may not be able to use services such as account management or continue to engage in potentially risky transactions, but this will not affect your use of services such as browsing and searching. 

In order to enhance the security of the services provided by Have Tickets and its affiliated companies and partners to you, and to protect the personal and property safety of you and other users or the public from being infringed upon, to better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions and other security risks, and to more accurately identify situations that violate laws and regulations or the relevant rules of the Have Tickets platform, we may use or integrate your user information, transaction information, device information, relevant network logs, as well as the information obtained from our affiliated companies and partners with your authorization or shared in accordance with the law, to comprehensively assess the risks of your account and transactions, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

When we use the information for purposes not specified in this policy, or when we use the information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance. 

II. How to Use Cookies and Tracking Information in Have Tickets 

The website provided by Have Tickets for offering products and services will store certain information on your computer or mobile device to ensure the normal operation of the website. This information may include cookies or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (collectively referred to as "cookies"). 2. Sharing under legal circumstances: We may share your personal information in accordance with legal regulations, requirements for resolving litigation disputes, or as requested by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law. 

3. Sharing with Authorized Partners: Only for the purposes stated in this policy, some of our services will be provided jointly by us and our authorized partners. We may share certain of your personal information with our partners to provide better customer service and a better user experience. We will share your personal information only for legitimate, justifiable, necessary, specific, and clearly defined purposes, and will only share the minimum amount of information necessary for the service. Have Tickets will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual. However, the following circumstances are exceptions:

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation of the service provider on the Have Tickets platform, or any other situation involving a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if there is a transfer of personal information, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy. Otherwise, we will require that the company, organization, and individual obtain your authorization and consent again.

4. Transfers that are carried out in accordance with the relevant agreements signed with you (including electronic agreements signed online) or other legal documents as stipulated.

IV. How "Have Tickets" Protects Your Personal Information 

To ensure the integrity of the network, Have Tickets has implemented security measures that comply with industry standards to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, use, modification, and public disclosure of the data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information, including but not limited to: 

a) Conduct safety inspections, use encryption tools and software, and implement other reasonable security measures and procedures; 

b) Implement encryption technology to ensure the security and confidentiality of information transmission and storage processes, and establish a security incident response team to promptly identify, analyze and handle problems; 

c) Limit the authorized access personnel and implement a hierarchical access control system. Only network administrators and those who need to know the information based on business necessity can access the users' non-public personal information from within the network. 

If Have Tickets becomes aware that the data security of the Have Tickets IT system is compromised or that user's private information has been disclosed to irrelevant third parties due to external actions (including but not limited to external security attacks), despite any other provisions in this privacy policy, Have Tickets will take reasonable measures deemed appropriate by it, including but not limited to internal investigations, reporting to and notifying law enforcement agencies, and cooperating with law enforcement agencies; if Have Tickets discovers that the personal information provided by users to the Have Tickets IT system has been illegally disclosed in a manner not permitted by this privacy statement, Have Tickets will promptly take legal and reasonable measures to notify the relevant users, informing them of the disclosed information and the extent to which the Have Tickets IT system is aware of it, and taking the utmost remedial measures. 

V. How to Manage Your Personal Information with Have Tickets 

You can access and manage your personal information in the following ways: 

(1) Access to your personal information 

You have the right to access your personal information, except in cases where it is prohibited by laws and regulations. You can access your personal information by yourself through the following methods: 

Account Information - If you wish to access or edit your personal profile within your account, you can log in to your account through the mobile client of the Have Tickets platform and perform these operations. 

Search information - You can access or clear your search history. 

Order Information: You can check your order history, transaction records, etc. on the Have Tickets platform. 

If you are unable to access this personal information through the aforementioned path, you can contact the customer service of the Have Tickets platform. 

(2) Correct or supplement your personal information 

If you discover that the personal information we have processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to request us to make corrections or supplements. You can submit the application for correction or supplementation through the method listed in "(1) Access Your Personal Information". 

(3) Delete your personal information 

You can delete some of your personal information by following the method described in "(1) Accessing Your Personal Information". 

In the following situations, you can submit a request to us for the deletion of your personal information: 

1. If our actions in handling personal information violate laws and regulations; 

2. If we collect or use your personal information without obtaining your explicit consent; 

3. If our handling of your personal information seriously violates the agreements we have with you; 

4. If you no longer use our products or services; 

5. If we cease to provide you with our products or services permanently. 

If we decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will also notify at the same time all the entities that have obtained your personal information from us, asking them to delete it promptly, unless there are other provisions in the laws and regulations, or unless these entities have obtained your independent authorization. 

When you delete information from our service, we may not immediately remove the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete it during the backup update. 

(4) Personal Information Subject's Account Deletion 

Account cancellation process: You can access "My - Special Privacy - Profile Management - Delete Account" to contact the "Online Customer Service" to apply for account cancellation. Without any special circumstances, we will cancel your account within 7 working days after receiving your application. After you request us to cancel your account voluntarily, we will stop providing you with products or services, delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, or anonymize it. However, if you still have uncompleted orders or other exceptional circumstances that may affect your ticket purchasing rights, we will cancel your account after such circumstances disappear. 

VI. Processing of Data of Minors 

In e-commerce activities, we assume that you have the corresponding civil capacity. Without the consent of parents or guardians, minors are not allowed to create their own user accounts. If you are a minor, please have your parents or other guardians carefully read this policy and use our services or provide information to us only after obtaining the consent of your parents or other guardians. 

For cases where personal information of minors is collected with the consent of their parents or guardians for the use of our products or services, we will only use, share, transfer or disclose this information when it is permitted by laws and regulations, when explicit consent from parents or guardians is obtained, or when it is necessary for protecting minors.
